Data analyst, BI, data quality engineer

What we do

Outfindo helps people to choose products online - we sell our products as a SaaS to our partners and also have our own B2C platform outfindo.cz. We can connect customers and partners needs with product data. We

• build a product catalog from various sources, automating the whole process
• enhance the data to gain insight using classification based on expert know-how
• obtain availability data from shops/eshops and match them with our catalog
• build a guide which helps customers to find the right product
• build a tools which we embed to our customers websites
• actively research and prototype new and fun ways of assistance for the customer to get product insight

• What will you do

• examine data, looking for irregularities, outliers, duplicities and other unwanted errors
• automate data enhancement processes
• integrate various data sources into one database
• clean data in order to analyse them and prepare them for visualisation
• build a dashboards and reports based on the inputs fron other teams

What tech / tools do we use

• SQL
• PostgreSQL database
• Git, GitHub
• Airflow
• Hubspot, Ecomail, GA4, LinkedIn (example of tools from which we intregrate data)
• Data visualisation tool to be decided (currently Google Looker Studio)

What we are starting or planning to do (may be one of your tasks)

• automated data quality processes (SQL / Python / Airflow)
• better monitoring of the outcomes of our data pipelines
• alerting - automatically identify possible data errors and visualize / report them
• building sales performance dashboards with detailed drill down options
• analyze customers behavior while using our products

What do we expect from you

We will get along well if you *fluent in SQL, basics in Python

• know how to code - have previous coding experience (not necessarily aligned with our tech), probably with some of your code running in production
• have experience with data analytics and visualisation
• are able of abstract thinking, can solve problems with algorhythms
• want to fix things rather than wait for someone else to do it
• ask for help if you don’t know what to do - we are ready to help you
• It is ok to not be sure about some of these things. We are all learning along the way.
